4.2 How To Power Up The Station

4.2.1Power-up From Lockout

This procedure describes how to power up the station from lockout (complete power-down).

1. Perform an inspection of the station for the following:

• All electrical enclosure doors are closed.
• No tools, objects, or debris are on the station, station conveyor or inside the station. Remove all things that do not belong.
• Ensure the station and surrounding immediate area is clear of all personnel.
• Nothing appears out of the ordinary (station tooling or fixtures disassembled, electrical cables disconnected, etc.).

1. Turn the main disconnect switch (E1) to the ON position. 
2. Turn ON the motion power disconnect switch (e1) if it was turned off.
3. Open both pneumatic lockout valves (P1 and P2).
4. Perform the Daily Power-up procedure (page 4-5).

We have added additional hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes in our facility for both employee and guest use. Our team has been instructed to follow accepted hand sanitizing guidelines, and they have been mandated to stay home if they do not feel well. All of our practices are based on county, state, and national health department guidelines.

We will continue to monitor the issue and remain open for parts and services.
