Currently, I work as the sole Digital Project Manager at D50 Media. My responsibilities include restructuring the company's organization methods, creating projects, and managing tasks.
I am responsible for creating and implementing new processes to improve project productivity. The company did not have a project manager prior to my start date, so I focused on improving the company's project structure, workflow, and resource organization.
Our team uses Asana as a means to organize and prioritize projects. As the project manager, I create new items and follow-up with team members regularly.
I work closely with team leads and management to ensure workload and due dates are distributed effectively amongst team members.
I created templates and system automations to streamline workflow and reduce opportunities for error. Updates are constantly being made, and I tweak processes whenever I discover an opportunity for improvement.
I go over project progress and updates with higher management on a regular basis. Reports include status counts, workload summaries for employees, suggestions for task re-disbursement, updates on progress, and proposals.
I am responsible for training new employees along with updating and creating new training resources.
I am responsible updating and maintaining several company resources. Examples include the company organization chats, timesheet management resource, and email lists.
