I worked as an Account Executive/Project Manager on the GM Accessories team. I worked with GM's approved accessory partners, known as Integrated Brand Partners (IBP). My role was to help facilitate the creation and publication of accessory resources for GM applications while following ISO 9001 procedures.
I collected the necessary information and assets to create new product resources. As the liaison, I was responsible for working with the third party accessory partners, the creative team, legal associates, and the client to ensure new resources were accurate, aesthetically pleasing, and met client standards.
I volunteered for an extra project, and was left responsible for updating all the outdated images on the accessory sites. My role was to gather high resolution images from GM's partners, have the assets edited, then submit the updated images for website upload.
I regularly updated materials published online for third party use. Updates included MAP policy, partner contact sheets, Mega PDFs, and brochures.
I worked directly with the client to establish desired outcomes and appropriate timelines.
I tracked ongoing projects and ensure tasks were completed in a timely manner.
I sent completed items to a content manager via JIRA, so resources got properly uploaded by a specialist.
Our team utilized Netsuite to track hours allocated towards different projects (for budgeting purposes).
I assisted with the creation of the new "Go to Market" process. This new process will be used for mastheads, OLA banners, dynamic ads, and other market materials.
One10 is ISO 9001:2015 certified. This ensured our work was always client approved and meet legal standards. (ISO 9001 requires a compliant Quality Management System (QMS), proof that it’s working, and an external audit completed by a third-party.)

Danielle and I worked together during 2021 on the GM Associated Accessories account, part of the overall GM Accessories account. In her position as Account Executive, Danielle was a self-starter who was eager to learn the business and take ownership of the Associated Accessories account. Her take charge mentality demonstrated she would make an excellent employee at your company.
Danielle had a seamless transition with the clients as she quickly learned the account and made the clients feel at ease with her background and knowledge. Danielle, is extremely organized, she worked with over 50 outside partners, to keep track of all the new accessories GM would bring to market. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, can work independently, and is able to effectively multi-task to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner.
Because of her effectiveness, Danielle was given additional responsibilities on the team, which included working on a commercial print brochure and working with the outside partners on updating website imagery. In both instances Danielle went above and beyond the assignments, as she does in all tasks.
Danielle was always looking for ways to improve processes and helped update some older spreadsheets for the internal and client teams. She worked well cross-functionally, with members of creative and account, and she communicated well with both clients and the outside partners. She would be an asset to any employer and I highly recommend her for any endeavor she chooses to pursue.
